Floss Finder promises to get to work immediately, on your behalf to find you a qualified vetted Hygienist. We will continue to grow our database of Hygienists in your area. Here is the best part.. We are not a subscription based program so if, for some reason, we are not able to locate an available Hygienist for the dates requested, then you don't pay. However our goal is to do just that! Here is an explanation of how this works.

Finding you a Sub

Once you have created your account on Floss Finder then all you have to do is click on "Request a Hygienist" Then fill out the form and the request has been made.

Upon receiving your request one of our staff members will review and approve it. Our AI system will then notify all available Hygienists within your area. Once the job is accepted by a Hygienist we will contact you by email that the position has been filled and you can log in to view your calendar.

Once the Hygienist has completed their shift we will pay the hygienist and charge the card we have on file for the payroll and our service fee.

Last but not least.. You will be able to rate the sub that worked at the office so that we can make sure we are sending the BEST people your way!

What we charge

We believe in transparency of fees. Most staffing agencies have high overhead costs and need to charge a 55-60% markup just to make it. We have a low overhead and can charge you less!

We charge: Total Payroll, $8 per hour the Hygienist is scheduled to work is our service fee, and a small percentage to cover processing fees and 11.65% to cover payroll taxes. This equals approx. 35% and covers all costs associated with hiring and managing temporary staff..
If we found you a sub and you cancel within 24 hrs of hiring the professional you will be charged a cancelation fee of $75
If you cancel on the day the hygienist is scheduled to work, a minimum of 4 hours will be invoiced
If you choose to recruit a Floss Finder Hygienist permanently you will be invoiced a one time Floss Finder Recruitment fee of $2000 minus the service fee from the working interview.
(Includes contacting our database of hygienists, advertising on all socials and paid job sites, conducting phone interviews, scheduling working interviews, vetting all hygienists that apply, conducting background checks and anything else you may need)
