When a dental office submits a “Request for Staff”, our team gets to work finding the right fit. We’ll post the job details — including office location, hourly rate, and the dates needed — and send out a notification to all qualified professionals in the area.

For temporary roles, it’s first come, first booked. The first qualified candidate to apply will typically be assigned the shift.

For permanent positions, the process involves a bit more care. We’ll schedule interviews and help ensure that both you and the office feel it’s the right fit before moving forward.
Once you begin accepting jobs, your calendar in the Floss Finder app will help you stay organized with everything you’ve scheduled — including office details, times, and locations.

Step One:
Create an account
You will have access to a comprehensive dashboard. From there, you can view your calendar and receive notifications for new job opportunities, complete with details such as the date, location, hours, and pay rate. It's an all-in-one solution for managing your work schedule with ease.
Step Two
Complete Onboarding
We require all our professionals to provide us with a copy of their license and CPR card. For Payroll we will need copies of identification to meet Californias I-9 requirements. Be prepared to upload these documents during the onboarding

Step Three
Get set up on Payroll`
We offer the benefit of handling payroll for both offices and you. They no longer have to worry about adding you to payroll or sending out W-2s. If all the jobs you pick up are through Floss Finder, you will only need to collect one W-2 at the end of the year. We're excited to welcome you to our platform!
